If you arrive during reception hours, our staff will give you the keys to your apartment and practical information so that you can make the most of your stay in Seville.
If reception is closed when you arrive, you will have to use the access codes that we will have sent you by e-mail. Checking yourself in is very simple and moreover you will have a telephone number and e-mail address so that you can contact us at any time.
The check-in begins at 15h. However, if you arrive before 15h and your apartment is ready, you can occupy it immediately. If it is not ready yet, you can leave your luggage in our free lockers until you check in.
There is no time limit for the check-in as with the access codes which we have given you by e-mail you can check yourself in whenever you arrive. The following day, our staff will be waiting for you at reception for the check-in proper.
The deadline for leaving the apartment on the day of your departure is 11:00 hours. According to availability and provided that this is confirmed by our staff the day before departure, late check out will be possible. Please consult the “late check out” charges in the “General Charges – Late check out”.
Yes, all our apartments have free Wi-Fi and most of the common areas of our two establishments do also.
Yes, they all have air conditioning and heating. Moreover, most rooms also have fans on the ceiling.
You won’t need to. In the apartments you will find towels for all guests and the beds prepared. If during your stay you want to have your towels or your bed linen changed, ask the reception staff. The charges are given in the “General conditions – Additional services” section.
Yes, you will find a drier in each bathroom and also shampoo and gel.
Yes, very near our building there are small shops and minimarkets. There are also supermarkets in the vicinity. We will give you all this information when you arrive or if you check yourself in we will give you it on a map we leave in your apartment.
You are very welcome to use our free lockers where you can leave your luggage and pick it up when it is convenient to you.
