Late check out is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. You MUST ask in reception at least the day before to confirm it is possible to do it.
Late check out without authorization has a charge of 60€ and you will have to leave the apartment immediatly.

Suite Standard:
Late check out until 12:30h: 8€
Every hour after 12:30h: 8€/hour

Deluxe Penthouse:
Late check out until 12:30h: 15€
Every hour after 12:30h: 15€/hour

Master Suite:
Late check out until 12:30h: 12€
Every hour after 12:30h: 12€/hour

Payment conditions vary according to rate.
Search the price and availability for your desired dates and you will subsequently obtain the reservation and payment information.

On arrival you must present a credit card as a guarantee; this will only be used in the event of damage to the apartment. The management reserves the right to preauthorise credit cards for an amount of 300€.

Please note, the reservation is made for a certain number of people (including children and babies). Only the number that appears in the reservation is allowed.

From the age of 3 children will be counted as guests; under no circumstances will it be possible for more guests than those indicated as a maximum to be accepted in the apartment booked.

Standard Suite: 4 guests + 1 baby max. 2 years old in cot
Master Suite: 6 guests + 1 baby max. 2 years old in cot
Deluxe Penthouse: 6 guests + 1 baby max. 2 years old in cot

If an extra baby cot is needed, please refer to “Included and Additional Services” at “Conditions”.

• Private parking at Puerta Jerez SCS Apartments:
  Price 20€/day. The slot will be available from 15:00h. on the arrival day to 14:30h. on the departure day
  It is necessary to book in advance
  In case of short notice cancellations (less than 48 hours from the date of arrival) the total parking fee will be charged

• Public parking in the vicinity:
  Parking Avenidad de Roma
  It is possible to book in advance

• The apartment will not be rented to minors unless they are accompanied by at least one adult.
• Smoking is only permitted on the communal terrace.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties/events are not allowed.
• Guests need be quiet between 11p.m. and 8a.m.
• Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. B2B cards are not accepted.

SERVICES INCLUDED:

• Cleaning the apartment including the day of departure
• Cleaning the apartment with a charge of bed linen and towels: 1 for every 7 days of stay (halfway through the stay)
• Cot: 1 free per apartment
• High chair: 1 free per apartment
• Baby bathtub: 1 free per apartment

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

• Daily cleaning of the apartment without a change of bed linen:

  Standard Suite: 15€/day
  Master Suite: 25€/day
  Deluxe Penthouse: 25€/day

• Daily cleaning of the apartment with a change of bed linen and towels:
  Standard Suite: 22€/day
  Master Suite: 40€/day
  Deluxe Penthouse: 40€/day

• Changing of towels: 1,5€/guest
• Changing of bed linen: 5€/bed (2 individual beds count as 1 bed)
• Second cot: 7€/night

10% VAT is included in the price. Municipal tax not applicable. Service charge not applicable.

To be eligible for our Best Price Guarantee, you should have a booking confirmation made through sevillacentralsuites.com or should provide Sevilla Central Suites with a link to the lower net price (without VAT and other taxes) from a different online site prior to the booking or within 5 hours after the reservation date at sevillacentralsuites.com.

The online net rate found on another website needs to comply with the following conditions with regard to the Sevilla Central Suites best available net rate:
-same establishment
-same type of apartment
-same dates of stay
-same sales conditions such as the cancellation conditions, prepayment conditions, and possible changes to be made in the reservation, etc.
-same number of guests
-same currency

In case the rate breakdown is not visible, or rate includes tax, difference of prices due to erroneous or incorrect round-ups will not be considered.
In order to be eligible for our Best Price Guarantee, the difference in prices must be greater than 2€. Differences below this amount will not be considered.
Best Price Guarantee claims can only be submitted by the booker (the person who made the reservation, who may also be the guest). No claims can be submitted by anyone else on behalf of the guest listed in the reservation.
